Our worship is Christ-centered, not me-focused. We sing to God, exalt the name of Jesus, focus on God’s attributes in worship and in testimony. We want to be passionate worshippers, as a result of our intimate love relationship with God.
Our teaching is biblical. We study through the books of the Bible. We believe that God’s Spirit speaks through God’s scriptures. Our job is to uncover and reveal the truths already found in Scripture. We do not add to Scripture. Nor do we apologize for the truths they contain by omitting truth, or repackaging it to be more tolerable. We strive to teach the Scriptures as Christ and the apostles taught—speaking the whole truth in love.
Our main gathering each week is on Sunday at 1pm, when we have something to offer for all age groups. There is a Sunday school class for children aged 1-13. Although the service is in Kirundi/Kinyarwanda, we offer translation into English at all our meetings.
